Until one has experienced true, actionable harassment it is difficult to appreciate the tremendous drain on physical and mental energy, focus, happiness, and financial resources that harassment inflicts on its victims. Many lawyers simply don't relate. I am experienced in litigating such cases and I fully understand the anguish that harassment victims endure and the importance of making the harassment stop. The good news is that there is a process for making it stop, and the better news is that in many instances the court is authorized to force the harasser to reimburse the attorney’s fees incurred by the victim in harassment proceedings.
