Commercial contract disputes are my bread and butter after seventeen years of civil litigation experience at three leading national law firms, all of which has been enhanced by additional expertise acquired as co-author of the Thomson-West treatise, “Expert Witnesses in Civil Litigation: Effective Preparation and Presentation” and invaluable witness examination and jury trial experience obtained through deposing hundreds of witnesses and actually litigating nearly twenty trials over the years.
